Our Mission

Our mission is simple. We just want to help people heal. Move And Still creates healing spaces that encourage mindfulness and rest. We offer practices that reduce stress and restore the nervous system. Our goal is to make wellness accessible to all, from schools to workplaces. Our approach is rooted in inclusivity and trauma-informed practices to support overall well-being.

Our Solutions

Energy moves in three ways: sound, movement, and breath. We offer all three modalities.

  • We offer body-centered mindful movement sessions for all ages, including yoga, chair yoga, and mindful dance movement. Currently, we offer modern, hip-hop, and contemporary dance sessions.

  • We offer healing sound healing, meditation, and breathwork sessions that promote relaxation, recovery, and stress relief. These somatic practices help to release, stress and trauma and aid in healing the mind, body, and soul.

  • We offer 30-minute virtual group mindfulness coaching sessions that are ideal for ongoing accountability and implementation. Held weekly or bi-weekly, these sessions aim to reduce stress, improve mental health and ensure that well-being practices are implemented consistently.

  • We offer trauma-informed wellness education courses for professional development training and staff workshops. Choose from our list of trauma-informed workshop topics or let us customize workshops based on your need. Sessions are offered virtually and in person.

  • Workshops alone are not enough. To achieve sustainable change, people must evolve and grow. We offer wellness coaching to groups or individuals to enhance personal & professional performance.
