We offer body-centered mindful movement sessions for all ages, including yoga, chair yoga, and mindful dance movement. Currently, we offer modern, hip-hop, and contemporary dance sessions.

We offer healing sound healing, meditation, and breathwork sessions that promote relaxation, recovery, and stress relief. These somatic practices help to release, stress and trauma and aid in healing the mind, body, and soul.

Moments of Mindfulness (M.O.M) Sessions
M.O.Ms are 30-minute virtual group mindfulness coaching sessions that are ideal for ongoing accountability and implementation. Held weekly or bi-weekly, these sessions aim to reduce stress, improve mental health, and ensure that well-being practices are implemented consistently.
