Meet Sarah Bright

Sarah has been a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and group fitness instructor for nearly two decades. She's helped thousands of people, on multiple continents, to reach their health and wellness goals. While she still does that work, Sarah is now also the host of the podcast, Your Chakra Coach, a show that blends ancient information about our energy system, with practical modern physiology and psychology. While it started as a show primarily about physical health, the 2020 pandemic created a huge space to discuss mental and emotional health. The show has grown into an exploration of how the chakra system can be used to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness to bring us closer to our highest, most authentic Self.
