Meet Sugandha Singhal

Sugandha is an Engineer turned passionate Yoga trainer and Nutrition Coach with over five+ years of experience in training people to find their perfect health. She also has experience in bringing together the knowledge and practice of Body Anatomy, Embodied Movements, Ayurveda, and Food Science to bring holistic balance to the body. Her professional experience has led her to conduct more than 2000 yoga classes in addition to consulting with over 500 clients for better strength, flexibility, and weight loss. She has also guided more than 1000 clients in reversing their weight loss, PCOD, and other lifestyle issues.
